The newly formed company acquired the Portal from "Inca Software Solutions" and continued the development inhouse.

Implementation
- www.diabetopaedia.com was launched on 6th October 2001 by Mr. Ramesh Chauhan - Chairman - Parle Bisleri Ltd. during the Shri Prakash Continuous Medical Education Programme at Hotel Park Sheraton, Chennai.
- Prof.Andrew T.Hattersley - Professor of Molecular Medicine - University of Exeter., U.K. received the first CD Version.

A futuristic Telehealth care plan titled "HEALTHCARE INDIA - VISION 2010" for networking hospitals & Primary Health Care Centres in Rural, District Headquarters & Urban areas in India was presented to the Union Planning Commission, Government of India, New Delhi.
The above plan was refined and sent to the Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi.
Participated in the "II Annual Diabetes Technology Society Meeting" held in Atlanta during October - November 2002.

Development & Introduction of Softwares for Integrated EMR solution:
1. Online Electronic Patient Medical Record Storage & Retrieval System - E- PMRC.
2. Offline Electronic Patient Medical Record Storage & Retrieval System - H- TRACK.
- Signed a contract with VHS Diabetes Department, Chennai for providing integrated Electronic Patient Medical Record Management System to store case sheets of all Juvenile IDDM cases (>475) attached with the department for Management and Research purposes in this field.- This is first of its kind in India
- Presentation at C.I.I, Southern Region Conference.
- Signed a contract with Prems' Eye Clinic, Chennai for developing an interactive website for their Clinic.
